1. About Vidoo Ai

Vidoo Ai is a digital platform that provides AI-assisted game prediction tools, social media downloaders, and digital e-books. Access is managed through a prepaid unit balance. Vidoo Ai is not a casino, bookmaker, or gambling operator, and does not accept sports bets or wager real money on game outcomes.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt payment fraud, share credentials, or reverse-engineer our systems.
• You confirm you are legally allowed to use prepaid digital services in your location.

3. Units, packages & payments

• Units are digital credits used only inside Vidoo Ai. They have no cash value outside the platform and cannot be withdrawn as money.
• Unit costs for each game, download, or book unlock are shown before you confirm.
• Payments (including Mobile Money via our payment partners) are processed by third-party providers. Successful payments credit units to your account.
• Unused units generally remain on your account while it is active. Used units (spent on unlocks) are not refundable.
• If a payment fails or is reversed by the provider, we may reverse any units credited for that payment.

4. Predictions & game tools

• Aviator, Red or Black, Spin Da Bottle, Instant Virtuals, and similar tools provide informational or entertainment-style signals only.
• Results are not guaranteed. Past or sample outcomes do not promise future wins.
• You decide how to use any signal. Vidoo Ai is not liable for losses on third-party gaming or betting sites.
• Instant Virtuals chat may process text or images you submit solely to generate a pick reply.

5. Downloaders & e-books

• Downloaders are for personal use of content you are allowed to save. Respect platform terms and copyright of the original creators.
• E-books and digital materials remain licensed for personal use unless stated otherwise. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.
• Availability of specific titles or hosts may change without notice.

6. Privacy

• We collect account data (name, email, password hash), unit balance, transactions, and usage needed to run the service.
• Payment phone numbers and references may be processed through our payment partners to complete Mobile Money charges.
• We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with infrastructure and payment providers who help operate Vidoo Ai.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not attack, scrape, or overload our servers.
• Do not attempt to unlock paid features without valid units or to manipulate balances.
• Do not use Vidoo Ai for illegal activity or to harm others.

8. Refunds

Because units are digital and consumed when you unlock a product, purchases are generally final after units are credited. If you were charged but units were not added due to a system error, message us on Telegram with your payment reference and we will investigate.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product grows. Continued use of Vidoo Ai after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
